Product Returns Policy
EXCHANGES and REFUNDS
Returning your product because it’s unwanted:
Please return your item unused and in original condition (as it was received by you) with proof of purchase within 30 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund.
Returning your product because it has a fault or is incomplete:
If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it.
After 30 days, we’ll reserve the right to exchange the product on a like for like basis.
Missing items or incorrect items:
If you believe your order is missing items or the incorrect items have been sent, then we must have been notified within 7 days of order. After 7 days we reserve the right to charge for any changes or additions.
